We've added a new injection molding line for   Battery Cases   this year, and it's now running steady production.

We've had customers asking for a while: can you supply battery cases too? We already do separators, vent plugs, and rubber seals. All these parts go into the same battery. It makes sense for customers to pick them up from one place instead of chasing three or four different suppliers.

We started looking into this last year. Equipment, molds, materials — we spent the better part of a year getting it together. The first line came online last month, and we're already shipping to customers.

Right now, we're focused on two types:

•   Standard starting battery cases

  
  

•   Start-stop battery cases 

We're not doing specialty applications for now. We want to get these two right first.

Current specs

    Material: PP (polypropylene), virgin material

    Color: black (standard), custom colors available

    Application: standard starting / start-stop (EFB, AGM)

    Accessories: terminals, handles, covers (optional)

We already have molds running for standard sizes. Send us your drawing and we'll check if it matches. If it does, we ship. If not, we can talk about tooling.

What this means for our customers. For existing customers, it means one less supplier to manage. You already get separators and vent plugs from us. Now you can add cases to the same order. Fewer vendors to chase, fewer invoices to reconcile. For new customers, we offer a broader range now — separators, vent plugs, rubber seals, and battery cases. Four categories from one supplier. Saves time.

Common questions

Q: Do you make the cases yourselves?

Yes. We own the molds. The equipment is in our own workshop.

Q: Can you send samples?

Yes. Standard sizes are in stock and ready to ship.

Q: Can you do custom colors or logos?

Colors can be adjusted. Logos require new tooling with a minimum quantity. Talk to sales for details.

We started shipping to two customers last month — both for start-stop battery cases. Standard cases are also being sampled with a few customers. Early stage. We'll see how the feedback comes in over the next few months. Battery cases aren't the biggest thing we've done this year. But they fill a gap we've had for a while.
