It is exchanged and directly transferred to the PE separator; at the end of charging, due to the electrolytic water reaction, oxygen will be released on the surface of the positive plate, and when the solution temperature is high at this time, the temperature of the plate is even more so, because The addition of oxygen causes accelerated oxidation of the separator, and the extrusion of the separator by the grid causes mechanical damage to the separator, resulting in the oxidation of the battery separator and the formation of holes, resulting in battery failure.


The PE separator material itself is an insulator, but the PE separator has a loose porous structure and can absorb a large amount of electrolyte solution; the PE separator has better chemical stability, and is resistant to sulfuric acid corrosion, oxidation and aging; PE separator It should have greater mechanical strength and elasticity, and the glass fiber separator is easy to install in production. The function of the PE separator is to separate the positive and negative plates that depend on each other to prevent short circuit due to mutual contact. The separator material should have good acid resistance and oxidation resistance. PE separators are usually installed with grooves on one side, and the grooves should face the positive plate and be perpendicular to the bottom to facilitate the flow of electrolyte.
