PRODUCT FEATURES
Polyester short fiber has good acid resistance. At room temperature, 35% hydrochloric acid, 75% sulfuric acid and 60 nitric acid do no have much effect on fiber. Polyester short fiber has high stability to dilute base and weak base. Polyester Short fiber has good resistance to bleach, oxidant and reducing agent. Polyester short fiber is insoluble in alcohol, ether, acetone, benzene, toluene, gasoline trichloroethane, carbon tetrachloride and other organic solvents
Polyester fiber has the highest heat resistance and thermal stability among the four major fibers.
Softening point is 255 ℃ to 260 ℃. Optimum applicable temperature is -70 ℃ to 255 ℃. The temperature of the fiber will not affect the quality of the product.
Polyester short fiber has high wear resistance, good elasticity and wrinkle resistance. Polyester short fiber has a rebound rate of 90-95% , similar to chinlon.
The breaking strength of short fibers is 950mpa, which is very high in synthetic fibers
